Reflections and Suggestions on High-Quality Development of China′s Express Logistics Industry in Context of Low-Altitude Economy

为把握低空经济政策机遇,推动快递物流业实现高质量发展,通过文献资料收集、案例研究、数据分析等方法深入分析低空经济与快递物流业的内在关系和作用机理,认为低空经济将对快递物流业发展方式、运营模式及产业结构产生深远影响,同时快递物流业是低空经济的重要应用领域和关键组成部分,对激活低空经济活力、丰富低空经济业态具有重要意义;低空物流具有高效便捷、节约成本、受时空限制小、调度灵活、产业经济性更强等技术经济特征,其发展虽然前景广阔,但仍面临基础设施、技术、法规、商业模式、成本等多方面问题和挑战。对此,从完善基础设施建设、强化技术创新与应用、加强行业人才储备、提升低空物流监管水平、增强低空物流安全保障等5方面提出对策建议,可为快递物流业在低空经济时代背景下实现转型升级、应对复杂挑战提供参考。

In order to seize the policy opportunities of low-altitude economy and promote the high-quality development of express logistics industry, through methods such as literature collection, case studies, and data analysis, the intrinsic relationship and mechanism between low-altitude economy and express logistics industry are analyzed. It is believed that low-altitude economy will have a profound impact on the development model, operation mode and industrial structure of express logistics industry. At the same time, express logistics industry is an important application field and key component of low-altitude economy, which is of great significance for activating the vitality of low-altitude economy and enriching the types of low-altitude economy. Low-altitude logistics has the techno-economic characteristics of high efficiency and convenience, cost saving, minimal time and space constraints, flexible scheduling, and stronger industrial economy. Although the development of low-altitude logistics has a broad prospect, it still faces various problems and challenges such as infrastructure, technology, regulations, business models, and costs. In this regard, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from five aspects, including improving infrastructure construction, strengthening technological innovation and application, enhancing the reserve of industry talents, improving the supervision level of low-altitude logistics, and enhancing the safety guarantee of low-altitude logistics. It can provide reference for the express logistics industry to achieve transformation and upgrading, and code with complex challenges in the context of the low-altitude economy era.
