针对城市近郊区公共交通资源配置不均衡、轨道社区居民通勤出行需求日益增加的问题,研究城市近郊区轨道社区的接驳公交线路优化。从乘客和运营者角度分析轨道社区接驳公交的特性,总结接驳公交系统存在的主要问题。考虑出行成本、出行时间、客流需求等因素,构建以乘客出行成本和接驳公交运营成本最小、乘客直达率最大为目标的双层规划模型。以南京市近郊区的轨道社区为例,根据模型求解结果,得到两条衔接不同轨道站点的接驳公交线路。接驳公交线路充分利用现有公交站点,同时考虑轨道社区的出入口位置、居民出行偏好以及接驳公交站间距,新增7个接驳公交站点,平均长度为3.95km,平均站间距为359m。线路基本覆盖区域内公交需求点,填补了城市近郊区轨道交通服务的空白,满足了轨道社区居民的出行需求。

In view of the unbalanced allocation of public transportation resources in suburban areas and the increasing commuting demands of rail community residents, the optimization of feeder bus routes in suburban rail communities was studied. From the perspectives of passengers and operators, the characteristics of rail community feeder bus were analyzed, and the main problems of the feeder bus system were summarized. Considering factors such as travel cost, travel time, and passenger flow demand, a bi-level programming model was established with the goal of minimizing the passenger travel cost and the operation cost of feeder bus, and maximizing the direct arrival rate of passenger. Taking the rail transit community in the suburb of Nanjing as an example, according to the solution results of the model, two feeder bus routes connecting different rail stations are obtained. The feeder bus routes make full use of existing bus stops, taking into account the location of the entrance and exit of the rail community, residents′ travel preferences and the distance between feeder bus stops, 7 new bus stops were added, with an average length of 3.95km and an average stop distance of 359m. The routes almost covered the bus demand points in the area, which filled the gap of rail transit services in the suburban areas and meet the travel needs of rail community residents.
