为进一步加强交通强国背景下我国无障碍出行标准制修订工作，从基础设施标准、技术装备标准、运输服务标准等方面入手，深入分析了我国无障碍出行标准的现状及存在的问题，重点提出客运枢纽和公路服务设施等基础设施标准、交通工具无障碍技术装备标准、无障碍客运服务及无障碍服务水平评价等无障碍运输服务标准的制修订需求，并从标准体系制定、国际对标、标准落实和监管等方面，提出促进我国无障碍出行标准发展的建议，为无障碍出行标准体系的建立和标准制修订提供参考。

In order to promote the formulation and revision of Chinese accessible transport standards under the background of building China into a country with strong transportation network, the development status and main problems of Chinese accessible transport standards were deeply analyzed from the aspects of infrastructure standard, technical outfit standard and transportation service standard. The requirement for formulation and revision of standards were proposed, such as the passenger terminal and highway service facility standards, vehicles accessible technology outfit standards, accessible passenger transportation service and accessible service level evaluation standards. Finally, some policy suggestions to strengthen the standardization management of Chinese accessible transport standards were put forward, from the aspects of standard system development, international standards research, standards implementation and supervision. These suggestions could be given reference to the establishment of accessible transport standard system and the revision of standards.
