为提高道路货物运输车辆标准化水平,降低道路货物运输成本,通过对比分析当前集装箱和交换箱等载荷单元技术要求,基于固定件纵横向中心距确定了标准载荷单元构成,使模块化汽车列车在运输单元方面具有良好的包容性。通过分析我国道路运输发展现状和趋势,确定了牵引车辆、挂车等车辆单元及其组成的模块化汽车列车车型,以此为基础确定了车辆单元及汽车列车的外廓尺寸和最大允许总质量限值要求,最后提出了整车要求和机械连接互换性等要求,为车辆生产企业的生产设计与运输企业的选车用车提供参考。
In order to improve the standardization level of road freight transportation vehicles and reduce the cost of road freight transportation, the current technical requirements of load units such as containers and swap bodies was compared and analyzed. The standard load unit system was constructed based on the vertical and horizontal center distance of the fixed parts, so that the modular combination vehicles have inclusiveness in cargo body transport. By analyzing the current situation and the development trend of road transportation, vehicle units such as towing vehicles, trailers and modularized combination vehicles models were determined. On this basis, the limits of dimensions and maximum permissible gross mass of vehicle units and combination vehicles were determined. Finally, the requirements of the complete vehicle and the interchangeability of mechanical coupling were put forward, providing guidance for the production design of vehicle manufacturers and the vehicles selection of transportation enterprises.
