摘要
为验证甩挂运输的节能减排效果,从理论角度分析了甩挂运输促进节能减排的作用机理,
提出甩挂运输可以通过减少空驶、提高里程利用率、提高燃油效率、利用智能调度技术等手段减
少碳排放,同时基于首批甩挂运输试点项目和运行分析系统数据,对甩挂模式和单车模式下的运
输效率和碳排放数据进行了对比分析。试点项目的数据对比分析结果表明:与传统的单车运输模
式相比,甩挂运输大大提高了车辆运行效率,每吨公里运输成本降低了10%~20%,每百吨公里
燃油消耗则降低了10%~30%,首批共节约燃油约12.66 万t、减少碳排放约34.56 万t。尽管不同甩
挂模式的减排机理不同,但节能减排效果均十分显著,可见全面推广甩挂运输将成为推动我国道
路运输业向高效、绿色、低碳方向发展的重要抓手。
Abstract
In order to verify the effect of energy conservation and carbon emission reduction, the theoret⁃
ical mechanism of energy conservation and carbon emission reduction effect improved by trailer pick-up
transport was analyzed. It showed that trailer pick-up transport could reduce carbon emission by de⁃
creasing empty-loaded transport, improving mileage utilization, increasing fuel efficiency, usying ad⁃
vanced scheduling technology and so on. Based on the first group of pilot projects and the sample data
collected from trailer pick-up transport operation analysis system, comparative analysis of transport effi⁃
ciency and carbon emission between trailer pick-up transport and single-truck transport was made. The
empirical results showed that: in comparison with the traditional single-truck transport, the efficiency of
tractor was increased remarkably by trailer pick-up transport, transport cost per ton-kilometer and fuel
consumption per hundred-ton-kilometer was reduced by 10%~20% and 10%~30% respectively. 0.12
million tons of fuel and 0.35 million tons of carbon was reduced for the first group of pilot projects.
Though the mechanism of energy conservation and carbon emission of each of trailer pick-up transport
is different, its carbon emission reduction effect as well as demonstration effect was equally significant.
Therefore, trailer pick-up transport will be an important tool for road transport industry to pursue high ef⁃
ficiency, green as well as low carbon development.
