摘要
在应用现行的公路桥涵技术状况评定规范对混凝土箱涵结构进行技术状况评定时,存在结
构类型划分模糊、评定依据不全面和客观性不足等问题。为克服上述弊端,借鉴《公路桥梁技术
状况评定标准》(JTG/T H21—2011)(以下简称《评定标准》) 的评定思路和构件评定细则,结
合箱涵的结构特点进行层次划分和权重设置,采用缺陷扣分法、分层综合评定法,在现有规范体
系下对箱涵的技术状况评定做进一步细化。缺陷扣分法把箱涵作为一个整体考虑,按照单项缺陷
扣分的方式,引入《评定标准》的量化评定指标,根据桥梁检测的实际病害缺陷,实现对箱涵技
术状况的简易快速评定;分层综合评定法是将箱涵按“构件层”、“部位层”、“结构”进行层次划
分,然后参照《评定标准》的计算方法开展涵洞结构的技术状况评估。经实际工程应用,缺陷扣
分法评估简易、快速,评估精度基本满足要求,而分层综合评定法虽然计算及评定过程稍显复
杂,但由于其理论依据充分,因此评定结果也更加客观、准确。
Abstract
Some problems, such as fuzzy structure types, incomprehensive evaluation regulation and
lack of objectivity, were existed in practical application of technical condition evaluation of concrete cul⁃
verts according with current standards. To overcome the above drawbacks, hierarchical division of struc⁃
tures and weight coefficient setting were put forward according to the ideas and detailed rules of compo⁃
nent evaluation in "Standards for Technical Condition Evaluation of Highway Bridges", which was here⁃
inafter referred to as "Evaluation Standards". Therefore, Defection Subtraction Method (DSM) and Layer⁃
wise Summation Method (LSM) were used to refine the technical condition evaluation of culverts in exist⁃
ing systems. According to DSM, a box culvert was considered as a whole structure and quantifying delib⁃
erated index of "Evaluation Standards" was introduced to deduct points for defects detected, then rapid
and easy technical condition evaluation of box culverts was achieved. While, according to LSM, a box
culvert was subdivided into three layers—component layer, part layer and structure layer, then condition evaluation of box culverts was developed referring to calculation methods of "Evaluation Standards".
DSM is readily used for calculation and its degree of accuracy meet the basic requirement. While the cal⁃
culation and evaluation process are more complicated, the evaluation of LSM is more objective and accu⁃
rate for its sufficient theoretical basis.
