为提升游客出行品质、发挥兰州港“交通+旅游”的综合优势，通过文献回顾、统计分析和模型预测，系统梳理了兰州港的发展现状和区位优势、腹地旅游业发展基础，阐明了兰州港高质量发展面临的挑战，即枢纽影响下的航道断航风险、岸线管理碎片化、水运发展模式单一化。提出了依托特色水上旅游客运航线等建设，构建兰州港“以公共交通为核心、以生态环境为基础、以黄河文化为特色”的复合开发模式，大力发展临港经济和旅游文化，建设“平安、高效、智慧、绿色”的现代化港口。结合兰州市国土空间规划、产业布局和综合交通发展现状，提出了兰州港总体规划方案，包括港口岸线利用、港区码头布置、港口配套设施等，为推动兰州港交旅融合高质量发展提供参考。

To enhance the travel quality of tourists and leverage the comprehensive advantages of "transportation+tourism" of Lanzhou Port, this paper systematically sorts out its current development status and geographical advantages, the development foundation of tourism in the hinterland through literature review, statistical analysis and model prediction. The challenges faced by Lanzhou Port in its high-quality development are further clarified, namely the risk of waterway disconnection under the influence of hub, the fragmentation of shoreline management, and the singularity of water transport development mode. A development path has been proposed that basing on constructing water passenger shipping routes, to build a composite development model of "transit-oriented development, ecology-oriented development, culture-oriented development" for Lanzhou Port, vigorously develop port-neighboring economy and tourism culture, and build a modern port that is safe, efficient, intelligent and green. Based on Lanzhou City′s land and space planning, industrial layout, and the current status of comprehensive transportation development, an overall planning scheme for Lanzhou Port has been proposed, including the utilization of port shorelines, the layout of port area wharves, and supporting port facilities, providing reference for promoting the high-quality development of integrated transport and tourism at Lanzhou Port.
