
考虑客流分配的县域旅游巴士接驳路径规划模型——以平潭县域为例
County-Level Tourism Shuttle Bus Route Planning Model Considering Passenger Flow Allocation: A Case Study of Pingtan County
To address prominent issues in current county tourism shuttle bus services, such as inefficient route planning and insufficient dynamic scheduling, a shuttle bus route planning model considering passenger flow allocation was developed. This model explicitly incorporates key constraints, including the spatial dispersion of attractions, tourist sensitivity to travel time, and limited fleet resources. The optimization objectives were defined as minimizing total passenger travel time and total vehicle operating time. Solving was performed using the GUROBI optimizer. Then, a case study based on data from Pingtan County, Fujian Province, demonstrated the model′s effectiveness. Experiments varying the weight coefficients investigated the collaborative optimization between objectives. Pressure tests on fleet utilization were also conducted. Results indicated that, compared to a point-to-point direct shuttle baseline solution, the optimized solution increased total passenger travel time by only 0.6%, while significantly reducing total bus operating time by 23.2%. Under the extreme condition of a 12.5% fleet reduction compared with regular scenarios, the solution achieved a high peak fleet utilization rate of 89.3%. This performance came at a modest cost: a 4% increase in total passenger travel time and an 8% increase in total bus operating time, demonstrating the model′s feasibility and robustness in county tourism contexts. The study shows that adopting this shuttle bus route planning model enables efficient allocation of county tourism transfer resources. It effectively balances controlling shuttle bus operating costs against ensuring a satisfactory travel experience for tourists.
