为探讨标准化如何有效支撑和引领交通运输高质量发展，进而为加快建设交通强国提供标准化相关的理论依据与指导，基于综合交通运输、公路、铁路、水路、民航、邮政领域标准化数据调查和文献调研，采用对比分析法、归纳总结法、概念模型法，系统分析交通运输标准化发展现状与问题，探讨交通运输高质量发展与交通运输标准化的逻辑关系和作用机理，对标标准化国际国内新形势新要求，提出交通运输标准化发展重点方向和对策建议。研究表明，当前交通运输标准化取得一定成效，但仍存在标准更新不够及时，一些重点领域标准供给不够充分，标准国际化水平尚需提升等问题，建议聚焦标准化与科技创新互促发展、区域标准化发展、标准精准高效供给、标准国际化水平提升、加强标准实施、标准数字化发展等重点方向，发挥标准化支撑引领交通运输高质量发展的作用。同时，提出深化标准化工作协同机制、完善标准化政策制度体系、强化标准管理创新、提升行业标准化意识、加强标准化人才培养等对策建议，为新形势下交通运输标准化的发展和标准化管理工作提供理论支持和决策参考。

To explore how standardization can effectively support and lead the high-quality development of transportation, thus providing a standardization theoretical basis and guidance for accelerating the construction of a country with strong transportation network, based on the investigation of standardization data in the fields of comprehensive transportation, highways, railways, waterways, civil aviation, and postal services, as well as literature research, this paper used comparative analysis, inductive summarization, and the concept-model method to systematically analyze the current situation and problems of transportation standardization development, explore the logical relationship and mechanism of action between the high-quality development of transportation and transportation standardization. By benchmarking against the new domestic and international situations and requirements of standardization, it put forward the key development directions and policy recommendations for transportation standardization.The research shows that although certain achievements have been made in current transportation standardization, there are still problems such as insufficiently timely updates of standards, insufficient standard supply in some key areas, and the need to improve the internationalization level of standards. It is recommended to focus on key directions such as the mutually-promoting development of standardization and scientific and technological innovation, regional standardization development, precise and efficient standard supply, improvement of internationalization level standards, strengthening of standard implementation, and digital development of standards, so as to give full play to the role of standardization in supporting and leading the high-quality development of transportation. At the same time, strategies such as deepening the collaborative mechanism of standardization work, improving the policy and institutional system of standardization, strengthening standard management innovation, enhancing the standardization awareness of the industry, and strengthening the cultivation of standardization talents are put forward, providing theoretical support and decision-making reference for the development of transportation standardization and standardization management work under the new situation.
