为增强沥青路面的融雪抑冰性能,降低冰雪对沥青路面造成的损害,制备了不同环氧树脂掺量下的蓄盐沥青混合料试件,并对其施工可操作性、路用性能、融雪抑冰性能等进行分析和评价。首先,采用旋转黏度试验与马歇尔稳定度试验,分别评估了不同环氧树脂掺量的环氧沥青胶结料和蓄盐沥青混合料的施工可操作性,并通过荧光显微镜(Fluorescence Microscopy, FM)观察了其微观结构并分析了其反应机理。在此基础上,基于车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、残留稳定度试验和冻融劈裂试验评价了蓄盐沥青混合料的路用性能。最后,借助盐化物释放试验与冰黏附试验分析了蓄盐沥青混合料的融雪抑冰性能。研究结果表明,与热塑性SBS改性沥青相比,不同环氧树脂掺量下蓄盐沥青混合料性能变化存在明显的阈值:当环氧树脂掺量小于等于30%时,其对蓄盐沥青混合料路用性能影响较小,但对其融雪抑冰性能影响显著;而当环氧树脂掺量大于30%时,蓄盐沥青混合料的路用性能显著提升,但同时其融雪抑冰性能受到不良的影响。通过荧光显微镜观察并分析可知:随着环氧树脂掺量的增加,环氧沥青体系发生了从“沥青为连续相、环氧固化物为分散相”到“沥青为分散相、环氧固化物为连续相”的相转变,导致性能发生了显著的变化。因此,在使用蓄盐沥青混合料时应该综合考虑其路用性能和融雪抑冰性能,建议内掺融雪剂的环氧沥青混合料中环氧树脂掺量为20%~30%。
To effectively enhance the snow melting and anti-icing performance of asphalt pavement and reduce the damage caused by ice and snow to asphalt pavement, salt-storage asphalt mixture samples with different epoxy resin contents were prepared, and the constuction operability, the pavement performance, as well as the snow melting and anti-icing performance of the samples were analyzed and evaluated. Firstly, the viscosity test and Marshall stability test were used to evaluate the construction operability of epoxy asphalt binder and salt-storage asphalt mixtures with different epoxy resin contents separately, their microstructures were observed by FM(Fluorescence Microscopy) and the reaction mechanism was analyzed.Then, the pavement performance of salt-storage asphalt mixture was evaluated based on rutting test, low temperature bending test, residual stability test and freeze-thaw splitting test. Lastly, the snow melting and anti-freezing performance of salt-storage asphalt mixture was analyzed based on salt release test and ice adhesion test. Results show that there is an obvious threshold value for the performance change of salt-storage asphalt mixtures with different epoxy resin contents compared with thermoplastic SBS modified asphalt. When the content of epoxy resin is less than 30%, it has little effect on the pavement performance of salt-storage asphalt mixture, but it has obvious effect on the snow melting and anti-icing performance. While, when the epoxy resin content is greater than 30%, the epoxy resin can significantly improve the pavement performance of the salt-storage asphalt mixture, but it will also have a negative impact on the snow melting and anti-icing performance. According to the observation and analysis through FM, the reason is that with the increase of epoxy resin content, the epoxy asphalt system has undergone a phase transition from "asphalt as a continuous phase while epoxy curing as a dispersed phase" to "asphalt as a dispersed phase while epoxy curing as a continuous phase", resulting in significant changes in performance. Therefore, when using salt-storage asphalt mixture, the pavemet performance and snow melting and anti-icing performance should be considered comprehensively. It is suggested that the epoxy resin content in the epoxy asphalt mixture with snow melting agent is 20% ~ 30%.
