摘要

为更好地研判我国公路冷链物流行业运行特征和发展趋势,基于宏观统计数据以及车辆运行数据,采用统计分析、趋势分析等方法,从供需角度分析冷链物流行业宏观发展情况,重点围绕业务规模、空间分布、网络线路、温控保障、运行效率等方面,通过车次、轨迹、温度、速度、里程等关键指标,系统总结和分析了2022年我国公路冷链物流行业运行特征,深入梳理行业发展面临的挑战,并提出相关政策建议。结果表明,我国冷链物流行业发展态势向好,市场供需保持了稳定增长,但增速放缓,冷链运输网络基本形成,运输过程温控得到有效保障;行业发展仍面临着设施设备不完善、车辆技术水平不高、企业管理不规范、运输全程“断链”风险未杜绝等问题,需从加强完善基础设施、健全行业管理制度、加强市场主体培育、加大政策支持保障等方面推进行业高质量发展。

Abstract

To better understand the operational characteristics and development trends of the highway cold chain logistics industry in China, based on macro statistical data and vehicle operation data, this paper employed statistical analysis, trend analysis, and other methods to analyze the macro development of the cold chain logistics industry from the perspective of supply and demand. By focusing on business scale, spatial distribution, network routes, temperature control guarantee, operation efficiency and other aspects, through key indicators such as train number, track, temperature, speed, mileage, it systematically summarized the operational characteristics of China's highway cold chain logistics industry in 2022, identified the challenges faced by the industry's development, and proposed relevant policy recommendations. The results indicate that the development trend of China's cold chain logistics industry is improving, and the market supply and demand have maintained stable growth, but the growth rate has slowed down; the cold chain transportation network has basically formed, temperature control during the transportation process has been effectively guaranteed; the development of the industry still faces problems such as incomplete facilities and equipment, low vehicle technology level, non-standard enterprise management, and the risk of "chain breakage" not being eliminated during the entire transportation process. It is necessary to promote high-quality development of the industry by strengthening and improving infrastructure, improving industry management systems, strengthening market subject cultivation, and increasing policy support and guarantee.
