为推动我国综合运输服务与旅游深度融合发展，使旅游运输网络更完善、市场环境更有序，能为出行者提供更优质的旅游运输服务，从适应旅游出行多样化、高品质和个性化的特点，满足人民群众美好生活需要、建设交通强国和发展全域旅游的要求出发，以问题和目标为导向，通过实地调查与资料分析，开展了综合运输服务与旅游在基础设施、运输服务、市场监管和安全管理等方面融合发展情况调研，系统梳理了我国运游融合发展现状，总结了当前我国运游融合发展在体制机制、客运网络、产品服务、治理手段等方面存在的问题。通过深入研判新形势新要求，提出了运游融合发展思路与对策建议，包括建立顺畅高效的工作机制、构建无缝衔接的网络布局、形成种类丰富的产品体系、打造共享互联的信息系统和营造规范有序的发展生态等五方面。

It could provide better tourism transportation services for travelers by promoting the deep integration of comprehensive transportation service and tourism in China to make better tourism transportation network and more orderly market environment. Given this, starting from adapting to the characteristics of tourism travel, which are diversification, high-quality and personalization, meeting the requirement of people′s better life, building China into a country with strong transportation network and developing tourism in the whole region, through the problem oriented and goal oriented guidance, via field investigation and data analysis, the surveys of integrated development of China′s comprehensive transportation service and tourism on infrastructure, transportation services, market supervision and safety management were carried out. The current situation of the integration development was systematically reviewed and the existing problems were summarized from aspects of system mechanism, passenger transportation network, products and service, governance means, etc. Through in-depth study and judgment of new situation and requirements, the development ideas and countermeasures were put forward including establishing a smooth and efficient working mechanism, constructing seamless network layout, forming a product system rich in variety, creating a shared and interconnected information system and a standardized and orderly developing ecology.
