为给我国交通运输行业标准化管理提供决策支撑，研究了国家标准化改革及“一带一路”倡议背景下公路工程标准的国际化问题。通过调查研究、比较研究等方法，分析公路工程标准国际化现状、存在的问题、发展形势及需求，总结美国、英国、日本等发达国家在标准国际化发展过程中的经验，在此基础上，提出促进我国公路工程标准国际化的相关建议，包括：建立国际化的公路工程标准体系；提升国际标准化水平；加强标准国际化相关研究；加强与工程所在国标准的对接、互认与融合；整合国家、行业资源，协同推进公路工程标准国际化；搭建公路工程标准国际化基础信息平台；大力开展教育培训及人才培养；扩大宣传与国际交流合作。

In order to provide decision-making support for management of transportation industry standardization in China, the internationalization of highway standards under the background of national standardization reform and the Belt and Road initiative was studied. Through investigation and comparative research, the status quo, existing problems, developing trend and needs of highway engineering standards internationalization were analyzed, the experience of developed countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom and Japan were summarized. On the basis, the suggestions for promoting the internationalization of highway engineering standards were proposed, including: establishing an international highway engineering standards system; improving the level of international standardization; strengthening the research on internationalization of standards; strengthening the association, mutual recognition and integration with the standards provided by countries where the projects were located in; integrating national and industry resources to advance the internationalization of standards; building an information platform about internationalization of highway standards; intensively promoting education, training and talent cultivating; increasing the intensity of publicity and international exchange and cooperation.
