摘要
交通强国建设是新时代做好交通工作的总抓手。“人民满意、保障有力、世界前列”的交通强国建设,对智慧交通的发展提出了新的要求。为更好地对接《交通强国建设纲要》,明确智慧交通发展方向,在进一步理解把握交通强国建设要求的基础上,研究智慧交通的技术、业务及效果特征变化;对支撑智慧交通的大数据、互联网、人工智能、区块链、超级计算等新技术的发展趋势进行综述,分析并指出新兴技术与智慧交通行业需求深度融合的发展趋势;结合研究团队的技术积累和研究方向,介绍了建筑信息建模、虚拟现实、数字孪生、人工智能等信息新技术在智慧交通中的应用探索;对交通强国背景下智慧交通的发展趋势进行展望。研究指出,新时代智慧交通的发展应强化前沿关键科技研发,打造富有活力的交通科技创新体系,推动交通发展由依靠传统要素驱动向更加注重创新驱动转变,全面支撑交通强国建设。
Abstract
Building China into a country with strong transportation network is the general grasp of the transport work in the new era. Building China′s strength in transportation with "satisfaction of the people, strong support, and the forefront of the world" has also put forward new requirements for the development of smart transportation. In order to better conform to Outline of Building China into a Country with Strong Transportation Network and further clear and definite the development trend, firstly, the changes in technical, business and performance characteristics of smart transportation were analyzed on the basis of further understanding the requirements for building China into a country with strong transportation network. Secondly, the development trends of new technologies that support smart transportation were reviewed such as big data, internet, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and supercomputing, as well as the development trend that the new technologies were being deeply integrated with the demand of smart transportation was pointed out. Thirdly, combined with the technical accumulation and research direction of the author team, the exploration examples of the application of some new information technologies such as BIM(Building Information Modeling), VR(Virtual Reality), digital twins, AI(Artificial Intelligence), etc. in smart transportation were introduced. Lastly, the development trend of smart transportation under the background of Building China into a country with strong transportation network was forecasted. The research result indicated that the development of smart transportation in the new era should strengthen the key technology research and development at the forefront, create a transportation technology innovation system with vigor and vitality, and promote the development of transportation from relying on traditional factors to more innovation-driven model, thus comprehensively support the building of China′s strength in transportation.
