为深入分析总结改革开放以来我国道路运输技术的发展历程，找准我国道路运输技术的发展趋势，通过实证分析等方法，对改革开放40 年来我国道路运输技术的创新发展成就进行了总结，对促进交通运输科技发展所做的决策研究进行了回顾，指出了决策支持政策对于我国道路运输科技发展起到的先导性作用；从运输装备、组织模式、运输服务、运输管理、绿色安全五个方面，对改革发展过程中道路运输取得的关键技术成果和创新发展成就进行了总结。通过规范研究等方法，对未来我国道路运输科技的发展趋势进行了研判，指出以绿色、智能、泛在为特征的颠覆性技术将不断突破，推动道路运输生产方式和发展模式发生革命性的变化。

In order to deeply analyze and summarize the development history of road transportation technology in China since the Reform and Opening-up and find out the development trend of road transportation technology in China, the innovation and development achievements of China’s road transportation technology in the past 40 years of the Reform and Opening-up were summarized through the methods of empirical analysis. The decision researches on promoting the development of transportation science and technology were reviewed and the leading role of decision supporting policies on the development of road transportation science and technology in China was pointed out. And the key technological achievements and innovative development achievements in road transportation field during the process of reform and development were summarized from five aspects: transportation equipment, organization mode, transportation service, transportation management, green and safety. The development trend of road transportation science and technology in China was studied and judged through the methods of normative research. The subversive technologies featured green, intelligent and ubiquitous will make continuous breakthroughs, which promotes revolutionary changes in road transportation production and development modes.
