摘要
为了减少车让人控制策略下右转机动车与过街行人的冲突,在保障行人过街安全的前提下提高右转机动车的通行效率,对右转机动车与行人冲突类型进行定义,结合两相位和四相位信号控制交叉口的具体情况分析了右转机动车与行人冲突产生的客观原因和主观原因。在此基础上,分别从交通设计、通行理念、让行细则和交通宣传角度总结了车让人的具体控制策略,并提出了其适用条件。对于不适用让行控制策略的信号交叉口,分别从时间和空间两个角度对右转机动车与行人之间不同类型的冲突进行分离。
Abstract
In order to reduce the conflict between right-turn vehicles and crossing pedestrians under the“vehicles yielding to pedestrians”control strategy, so as to improve the traffic efficiency of right-turn vehicles on the premise of ensuring pedestrian’s crossing safety, the type of the conflict between right-turn vehicles and crossing pedestrians was defined, and the objective and subjective causes of the conflict were analyzed combining with specific circumstances of two-phase control and four-phase control intersections. On this basis, the specific control strategies of“vehicles yielding to pedestrians”were summarized from the four aspects such as traffic design, traffic concept, yielding rules and traffic propaganda, and the applicable conditions were proposed. Meanwhile, for the intersections which were not suitable to the yielding strategies, vehicles and pedestrians were separated from time and space.
