为保障人行道和自行车道的基本路权,加强对规划设计的指导,对人行道和自行车道最小宽度进行研究。通过对行人和骑行者交通行为与交通流特征的研究分析,确定了人行道和自行车道通行能力的影响参数;提出了人行道和自行车道宽度计算公式;结合不同宽度的人行道和自行车道通行能力提出分级标准;建立了流量与人行道和自行车道的分级关系;提出不同级别人行道和自行车道宽度控制要求。当人均占用面积为3m2、行人步行速度为1.2m/s 时,一条0.75m宽的人行带通行能力约为1 000 人/h;考虑到人行道双向行驶和无障碍设施要求,人行道最小宽度不应低于2.0m,宜以0.75m为单位增减。另外,引入自行车道隔离形式修正系数,当自行车道为物理隔离式时,最小宽度宜为2.5m;为非物理隔离式时,最小宽度可取1.5m。
Abstract
In order to provide basic space and guide the planning for sidewalk and bicycle lane, the minimum width of them was studied. By analyzing the traffic behavior and characteristics of pedestrians and riders, some parameters affecting the capacity of sidewalk and bicycle lane were presented; A formula for calculating the width of sidewalk and bicycle lane was proposed; The grading standard was put forward according to the capacity of sidewalk and bicycle lane with different widths; A hierarchical relationship between flow and sidewalk and bicycle lane was established; And requirements for width control of sidewalk and bicycle lane at different levels were put forward. The results show that the capacity of one 0.75 meters wide sidewalk is 1 000per/h while the occupancy area of pedestrian is 3m2/per and the walking speed is 1.2m/s. Considering of barrier-free facility and bi-directional walking characteristics, the minimum width of sidewalk shouldn′t be less than 2.0 meters, increasing with 0.75 meters as a unit. A coefficient for the form of bicycle lane was introduced to revise formula for calculating bicycle lane width. The minimum width is 1.5 meters for non-protected of bicycle lane and 2.5 meters for protected ones.
