摘要

为研究城市轨道交通发展初期轨道交通对站点周边的用地和空间形态发展的影响，寻找三者内部的联动关系，评价站点及所处地段当期的发展状态，以长春市轨道交通为例进行实证研究。在长春市轨道交通3, 4 号环线站点日进出站客流量数据的基础上，引入网络大数据的业态分布作为影响因子，选取餐饮、办公等典型业态形式，运用长春市空间句法模型对穿行度和整合度等空间参数进行分析，以体现人行的穿越性和可达性。通过对三者的两两拟合分析，结果表明，轨道发展初期站点客流量同周边的空间参数及业态不存在较为明显、成熟的联动关系，轻轨环线对城市空间集聚作用有限，而站点周边业态发展同空间参数在特定尺度存在较强的联动关系。

Abstract

The case of Changchun rail transit was studied to research the impact of the rail transit on land use and spatial form development around the station, look for the linkage relationships among three elements, and evaluate the current status of the station and location at the early development stage of rail transit. Based on the daily entering and leaving passenger flow of Changchun rail transit Line 3 and Line 4, the formats distribution of big data were taken as influencing factors. By using the space syntax model of Changchun and selecting typical formats such as catering, office and etc, spatial parameters such as penetration and integration were analyzed to reflect the pedestrians′ traversability and accessibility. According to the two-in-one fitting analysis of the three elements, the results show that there is no evident, mature interactive relationship between the station′s passenger flow and the surrounding spatial parameters and formats, and the light rail loop has limited effect on the urban space agglomeration, but there is a strong interaction between the formats and the spatial parameters at specific scale.
