摘要
为优化城市公交停保场站的选址方法,以公交停保场的服务能力和出行效率最优为目标,建立多目标优化的城市公交停保场选址模型。首先,以满足服务能力要求的公交停保场可选点作为备选地址,选取满足公交车辆停车需求的备选场站方案;然后,以公交停保场的建设费用、首末站及枢纽站所有公交车辆到达停保场的总出行费用、总停放效率为优化目标,以首末站的停放需求、停保场的服务能力为约束条件建立公交停保场选址优化模型;最后,运用递归思想和运筹学相关方法设计该选址模型的求解算法,并通过对比各备选方案的适应度确定停保场的最优选址方案。结果表明,该多目标优化选址模型可以有效获得公交停保场的最佳选址,对于城市公交停保场选址规划具有一定的指导意义。
Abstract
In order to optimize the location method of urban bus warranty, a multi-objective optimization model of bus warranty location was established. Its research goals were the best service ability of the bus warranty and the best travel efficiency. Firstly, the alternative addresses could be selected from the bus warranties which met the requirements of service ability, and then the alternatives which met the parking demand of buses could be also selected. Secondly, the construction cost of bus warranties, the total travel expenses and total parking rate of bus from original and terminal stations as well as junction stations to bus warranties were set as optimization goals, the parking demand of original and terminal stations were considered as the constraint conditions as well as the service ability of bus warranties, and then the location model was established. Finally, the recursive thinking and operational research methods were used to solve the location model, the applicability of each scheme was compared to determine the optimal location scheme. The research results show that the multi objective optimization location model can effectively ob⁃tain the best location plan of bus warranty, and it has a certain practical significance in the location planning of urban bus warranty.
