目前，对高速公路出行信息服务水平的评价尚未形成一个完善可用的评价指标体系。为衡量出行信息服务的水平，根据高速公路出行信息服务的特点，从出行信息获取方式、信息内容、信息服务效果3个方面确定了评价指标的建立流程，构建了出行信息服务评价指标体系，主要从出行者接收信息、行业管理者提供信息服务时的便捷性、及时性、丰富性、准确性、时效性、满意程度6 个维度评价服务水平，并将定量指标和定性指标相结合，运用层次分析法（Analytic Hierarchy Process，简称AHP） 确定指标权重，优化指标体系。最后，以各项调查资料为依据，应用该指标体系评估某地区高速公路出行信息服务水平。综合评价结果在一定程度上反映了该地区高速公路的出行信息服务的水平和现状，验证了该指标体系的实用性和可行性。

At present, the evaluation of level of expressway travel information service has not yet formed a perfect and available evaluation index system. According to the characteristics of expressway travel information service, the establishment process of evaluation indexes were determined from three aspects, which were travel information acquisition modes, information content and information service effect, to measure the level of travel information service. Then, the evaluation index system of travel information service was established. This system was designed to evaluate the convenience, timeliness, richness, ac⁃ curacy, timeliness and satisfaction level in the process of travelers′ information reception and industry managers′ information supply. The quantitative indexes were combined with qualitative indexes, the index weight was determined by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method, and the index system was optimized. On the basis of the survey data, this index system was used for evaluating the travel information service of one expressway in a certain area. The comprehensive evaluation results reflect the level and status of the travel information service of this expressway to a certain extent, and the practicability and feasibility of the index system was verified.
