摘要
针对我国社区交通管理与规划缺乏系统的理论指导的弊端,初步建立社区交通管理与规划
理论体系。通过对社区以及社区交通的分析,依据道路交通系统的划分原理,将社区交通系统划分为道路系统、交通流系统、基础设施集三个基本要素;通过进一步分析各要素的组成结构以及
相互关系,构建社区交通管理与规划体系。依据该理论体系,分别对社区内的出入口、交叉口、交通流线、道路系统以及停车系统进行优化设计,系统地解决社区的交通问题,最终实现整个社
区交通系统的全局优化。同时,以已实施并取得较好应用效果的北京市朝阳区团结湖社区作为该理论体系的示范案例,证明交通管理与规划理论体系的切实可行。
Abstract
Because of at the shortcomings of lacking systematic guidance of community traffic management and planning in China, a theoretical system of community traffic management and planning was es⁃
tablished. Through the analysis of community and community traffic, on the basis of the division principle of road traffic system, the community traffic system was divided into three basic elements, including
road system, traffic flow system and infrastructures. Through the further analysis of the composition of
the elements and their correlations, a community traffic management and planning system was built. On
the basis of the theoretical system, the entrances, intersections, traffic flow lines, road systems and parking systems of the community were optimally designed, and the traffic problems of the community were
systematically solved. Finally, the whole community traffic system was optimized. In addition, the demon⁃
stration of the Tuanjiehu community in Chaoyang District, Beijing, which has been implemented and
achieved good application effect, proves that the theoretical system of traffic management and planning
is practicable.
