摘要

为解决延误航班的恢复问题,以最小化航空公司和乘客损失为目标,构建了延误航班的重 排模型。兼顾航空公司和乘客的利益,通过研究航班干线、VIP 乘客和大飞机等因素对航班重排的影响,构建了目标函数,其中考虑了本场航班离港延误成本、外场航班离港延误成本以及外场 航班进港延误成本三个要素;同时,以机场实际运输能力、航班的进出港时间和重排时刻表的出发时间等作为约束,建立了0-1 整数规划模型。采用昆明机场的实际数据对模型进行测试,运用 Lingo 软件对所建模型进行求解,得到了优化的机场航班重排时刻表,并将计算所得延误损失和机场的实际延误进行了对比分析,结果表明所建模型不仅可以满足更多高优先级乘客的出行需求,也能相应地减少航空公司的损失,从而验证了模型的合理性。

Abstract

In order to solve the delayed flight recovery problem, a flight rescheduling model was proposed to minimize the losses both of airline companies and passengers. Several influencing factors of flight rescheduling were integrated into the model, including the ground line, VIP passengers and largecapacity aircraft. The cost of departure delay of current airport, departure delay of external airports and arrival delay of external airports were considered in the objective function. Considering the actual airport capacity, flight departure time and the rescheduled timetable as the main constraints, a 0-1 integer programming model was proposed. The model was solved by Lingo, and a rescheduled time table of the flight was calculated. The delay cost after rearrangement was then compared with the actual data of Kunming airport to validate the accuracy of the proposed model. The results showed that the proposed model could not only meet the travel demand of high priority passengers, but also reduce the loss of airlines. It is proved that the model was applicable to airport management.
