淮北水洗煤矸石应用于路面基层的试验研究

摘要

为研究淮北水洗煤矸石替代集料用于水泥稳定基层的可行性,首先检测了原材料的基本性 能,初步排除了其内部含有有害化学成分的可能。然后通过不同水泥剂量的7d 无侧限抗压强度试验,分析了水泥剂量对混合料性能的影响规律。根据试验段基层指标要求,确定了配合比方案。 试验发现,单纯增加水泥剂量无法有效提升强度指标。为此参照规范级配掺入普通集料进行了级配调整,并选用韩村水洗煤矸石细料替代普通煤矸石。试验结果表明,调整后级配能满足干线 公路基层材料指标要求。检测试验段的压实度、回弹弯沉,并取芯评估,认为水洗煤矸石可替代普通水泥稳定碎石材料。经成本比较,底基层试验段节省约60%的材料费,基层试验段节省约40%的材料费。研究认为,淮北水洗煤矸石的原材料性质及物理力学性能初步符合替代基层集料的要求。

Abstract

For verifying the possibility of replacing gravel in cement stabilized base with washing gangue in north of Huaihe region, a series of experiments were taken on the washing gangue. Firstly, harmful components of washing gangue were tested and excluded. Through 7-days unconfined compressive test using different cement content, the influence of cement content on properties of mixture was analyzed. According to the indexes, the mixture proportions of base layer were determined for test section. It was concluded that the compression strength of cement stabilized base couldn′t be advanced only by increasing the cement content. Therefore, the ordinary aggregates were added to improve the gradation, and the fine washing gangue made in Hancun was selected to replace usual gangue. The test results show that the modified gradation can meet the requirements of highway base layer. By testing compaction degree, rebound deflection and coring, it is evaluated that the washing gangue can be used to re⁃ place common coarse aggregate for base course. Through the comparison of material price, 60% cost of base course and 40% cost of subbase course are saved.
