摘要
为了研究紫外光老化条件下密级配沥青混合料合理粉胶比,测试了不同粉胶比下的基质沥
青与SBS改性沥青胶浆紫外光老化前后的物理性能和化学组分。通过分析试验结果,可以得出:适量矿粉的掺入可以提高沥青的抗紫外光老化能力,其中基质沥青胶浆在粉胶比为1.0~1.2 时,软化点最小增量为1.6℃,针入度最大变化率为55.00%,延度最大变化率为56.19%;改性沥青胶浆在粉胶比为0.8~1.0时,软化点最小增量为1.2℃,针入度最大变化率为69.62%,延度最大变化率为59.00%,改性沥青胶浆抗紫外光老化能力优于基质沥青胶浆;在两种沥青胶浆的化学组分中,沥青质和胶浆含量均呈先减少后增大的趋势,而改性沥青胶浆中的饱和分和芳香分含量明显高于基质沥青胶浆,其中饱和分含量最大增幅为7.53%,可以根据饱和分含量的变化评价改性沥
青胶浆中SBS改性剂的裂解程度。最后,结合物理性能和四组分分离试验结果得出,在强紫外光
地区,基质沥青胶浆的合理粉胶比为1.0~1.2,改性沥青胶浆的合理粉胶比为0.8~1.0,可为强紫
外光地区沥青混合料的设计提供参考。
Abstract
In order to study the reasonable mortar ratio of dense graded asphalt mixture under ultraviolet aging, the physical properties and component contents of matrix asphalt and styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS) modified asphalt mortar before and after UV aging with different power-mortar ratio were studied. Through the analysis of test results, it was concluded that the right amount of mineral powder adding could improve the anti-UV aging performance of asphalt. When the power-mortar ratio of matrix asphalt
mortar was 1.0~1.2, the smallest increment of the softening point was 1.6 ℃, the biggest change rate of the penetration was 55.00%, and the maximum change rate of the extension was 56.19%; when the power-mortar ratio of modified asphalt mortar was 0.8~1.0, the smallest increment of the softening point was
1.2℃, the biggest change rate of the penetration was 69.62% , and the maximum change rate of the extension was 59.00%. Therefore, the anti-UV aging ability of modified asphalt mortar was better than that of matrix asphalt mortar. In the chemical composition, the content of asphaltene and resin tended to decrease first and then increase, and the content of saturate and aromatic of modified asphalt mortar were
significantly higher than that of matrix asphalt mortar. The maximum increase of saturates was 7.53%,
and its content change could be used to evaluate the cracking degree of the SBS modifier in the modified
asphalt mortar. At last, combined with physical properties and four-component separation test, the conclusion can be drawn that the reasonable power-mortar ratio of matrix asphalt is 1.0~1.2 and that of SBS
modified asphalt is 0.8~1.0 in the strong ultraviolet region, which can provide some reference for the asphalt mixture design.
