为了对广州等大城市的公交线网运行服务状态进行评价分析，在比较分析国内外学者对公交运行评价研究的基础上，提出了以公交拥堵指数、拥挤指数、舒适性指数以及可靠性指数为核心的广州市公交运行服务评价指标体系，分别考察公交运行的便捷性、舒适性、可靠性等情况，并以基于羊城通IC 卡数据、公交车自动报站数据等分析而得的公交出行数据为基础，实现评价指标的自动计算。最后，通过指标计算结果分析，展现了广州市公交线网整体以及局部线路的运行水平以及变化特点。实例分析表明，该指标组合能够比较敏感地、从不同角度反映公交线网的实际运行状态。

In order to evaluate the service state of public transport network in mega cities such as Guangzhou, based on the comparative analysis of present research at home and abroad, an evaluation index system for public transport service of Guangzhou was proposed. In the evaluation index system, public transport Congestion Index, Crowded Index, Comfort Index and Reliability Index were put forward as the core indicators, and were used to analyze the convenience, comfort and reliability of the public transport service respectively. With the public transport trip data which derived from public transport IC cards data and the public transport stop autoannounce data, the index can be calculated automatically. At last, through the analysis of index calculation result, the operation level and characteristic of the public transport network or a specific route can be revealed. The case analysis shows that the actual performance of Guangzhou′s public transport network is illustrated sensitively by the indicator combination from different aspects.
