摘要

针对北京市停车信息资源现状及其管理中存在的问题,构建了北京市停车信息资源管理系 统,并对其逻辑结构、系统组成和功能实现的技术方法加以介绍。基于SOA-面向服务技术架 构,该系统由停车资源信息数据库、接口服务集和停车资源信息管理系统三部分构成。即在采用 Oracle 技术构建停车资源信息数据库后,利用基于Web Services 的接口集成技术实现了与停车管 理业务相关部门的接口服务,进而实现了停车资源信息管理系统的虚拟化管理。经验证,所建面 向管理层和用户的智能停车信息资源管理系统能够促进现有停车资源共享,提高北京市停车位的 利用率,在一定程度上有助于缓解北京市的停车难问题。

Abstract

According to the status of parking information resources and its problems in management in Beijing, the parking information resource management system was constructed. The system′s logical structure, composition and technology of its function realization were introduced. Based on SOA-service oriented architecture, the system consists of three parts which are parking resource information database, interface service set and parking resource information management system. Oracle technology was used to construct the parking resource database, and Web Services technology was used to integrate the inter⁃ face with other related departments, so as to implement the virtual management of parking resource information. Being verified in application, the intelligent parking management system can promote the sharing of the existing parking resources, improve the utilization of parking spaces in the city, and is helpful to alleviate the parking problem in Beijing.
