摘要
为研究夏热冬冷地区高速公路服务区建筑空调能耗的影响因素,以安徽省为例,通过问卷
调查和现场调研的方法收集了大量数据,归纳了服务区空调能耗的相关影响因素,并应用多元回
归分析法研究了各因素与空调使用时间之间的关系。研究结果表明:服务区客流量、建筑面积、
窗墙比、植被覆盖率、是否采用保温材料与空调使用时间相关性显著。其中,服务区客流量、建
筑面积、窗墙比与空调使用时间正相关,相关系数分别为0.3、0.01 和0.26;植被覆盖率、是否采
用保温材料与空调使用时间负相关,相关系数分别为-0.38 和-0.16。同等条件下,在影响服务区
空调使用时间的建筑物影响因子中,植被覆盖率、窗墙比的影响较大,因此在服务区设计中,可
以通过提高植被覆盖率、减少窗墙比的措施来减少空调使用时间。
Abstract
In order to study the influence factors of air conditioning energy consumption of buildings in
expressway service area that has hot summers and cold winters, some relevant data was collected by the
methods of questionnaire and field investigation in some expressive service areas in Anhui Province.
Then the influencing factors of energy consumption of air condition were summarized based on these data, and the relationship between operation time of air condition and its influencing factors was analyzed
using multiple regression method. The results show that the operation time of air condition is significantly correlated to traffic volume in service area(the correlation coefficient is 0.3), building area(the correlation coefficient is 0.01), window wall ratio(the correlation coefficient is 0.26), vegetation coverage rate
(the correlation coefficient is -0.38), and usage rate of preservation material(the correlation coefficient
is -0.16). In the same condition, the influence degree of vegetation coverage rate and window wall ratio
are higher than that of other factors. Therefore the vegetation coverage rate should be improved and the
window wall ratio should be reduced to decrease the operational time of air conditioning when the expressway service areas are designed.
