摘要
为了探讨中国城市私人汽车拥有量的影响因素,在收集中国32 个省会城市和计划单列市的
2001—2013 年的面板数据的基础上,以私人汽车拥有量的对数为被解释变量,从经济属性、城市
属性、交通属性和政策属性4 个角度出发,选取9 个解释变量,分别建立固定效应模型和随机效
应模型。对模型进行异方差检验、序列相关检验和截面检验之后,利用STATA统计分析软件进行
回归分析,并通过豪斯曼检验进行比较,选取最优模型。研究结果表明固定效应模型较优,人均
地区生产总值、人口密度、城市化率、人均城市道路面积、每万人拥有公共汽车数以及公路里
程,这些因素均对我国私人汽车拥有量具有显著性的正效应。
Abstract
In order to explore the influencing factors of private car ownership in cities of China, the panel data of 32 provincial capital cities and cities with independent planning from 2001 to 2013 were investigated. The dependent variable was the natural logarithm of private car ownership. The fixed and random effect models were established, in which 9 explanatory variables were selected from aspects of economic characteristics, urban characteristics, transport characteristics and policy characteristics. After
the heteroscedasticity test, serial correlation test and cross-sectional test, the regression analysis was
conducted using STATA and the Hausman test was used to compare the models and choose the proper
one. The results show that the fixed effect model is better than the random effect model. Per capital gross
regional product, population density, urbanization rate, per capita urban road area, the number of bus of
per ten thousand people and highway mileage have positive impact on private car ownership.
