摘要
根据路段电动自行车与公交车运行的实际情况,将公交车对电动自行车交通流造成的延误
分成两种:电动自行车到达率小于电动自行车疏散率时的延误和电动自行车到达率大于电动自行
车疏散率时的延误。在考虑车道宽度、乘客上下公交车、电动自行车的疏散率和到达率等影响因
素的基础上,运用流体模拟理论,建立公交车对电动自行车车流的延误模型,并通过实例分析各
影响因素与公交车对电动自行车造成的延误之间的关系。计算结果表明,所选择的影响因素和建
立的延误模型是合理可行的。该延误模型对通过路段的公交车数量的设定、路段上的公交车站数
量的设定,以及某处是否需要设港湾式停靠站台提供了理论支持。
Abstract
According to the actual running situation of electric bicycles and public traffic vehicles on
the road, the delay of electric bicycle traffic flows caused by public traffic vehicles was divided into two
kinds, which were the one when the arrival rate of electric bicycle was less than the evacuation rate, and
the other when the arrival rate of electric bicycle was more than the evacuation rate. Model of electric bi⁃
cycle traffic flow delay caused by public traffic vehicles was established based on Fluid Simulation Theo⁃
ry, considering the lane width, passengers getting on and off the public traffic vehicles, the arrival rate
and evacuation rate of electric bicycle. The relationship between the influence factors and electric bicy⁃
cle traffic flow delay caused by public traffic vehicles was analyzed through an example. The result
shows that the adopted influence factors and the established model are reasonable and feasible. The es⁃
tablished delay model can provide a theoretical support to the quantity setting of public traffic vehicles
and public traffic vehicle stops on a road, and whether a harbor parking station needs setting at one
place.
