为进一步优化上海市轨道交通网络规划方案，支撑和引导上海大都市圈城市发展，首先结 合上海地铁运营实际，对既有轨道交通网络规划进行评估，分析得出既有规划存在线路功能单 一、局部线网结构不合理、换乘枢纽功能过于集中等主要问题。然后，通过研究上海大都市圈城 市发展趋势，提出未来上海将形成“中心城区”、“通勤圈”和“经济圈”三大圈层，基于不同圈 层的交通需求特征，在新一轮轨道交通网络规划中，要适当转变既有规划理念，重点发展城际铁 路、区域快线系统，构建多层次轨道交通网络，同时，优化轨道交通枢纽布局，强化不同层次轨 道交通之间的衔接，以提高轨道交通网络整体运营效率。

In order to optimize the network planning, support and guide the development of Shanghai metropolitan region, the existing rail transit network planning of Shanghai was assessed on the basis of the practical operation. Three main problems were analyzed including single line type, unreasonable lo⁃ cal network structure and overly centralized hubs. With deeply studying the city developing trends, it was put forward that the three spheres which consist of "central city", "community circle" and "econom⁃ ic circle" will be formed in the future. Based on the characteristics of traffic demand in different spheres, some planning concepts are necessary to be changed to improve the overall operation efficiency in the new round of Shanghai rail transit network planning. It is of great significance to develop inter-city rail and regional express line system to build a multi-level rail network. And the rail transit hubs layout also needs optimizing to strengthen the cohesion between the different levels of rail transit.
