摘要

深圳地铁七号线福民站工程采用盖挖逆作法进行基坑开挖,依托该工程研究新建福民车站 施工对基坑周边地表沉降的影响并提出控制地表沉降措施。采用ABAQUS有限元计算软件对基 坑开挖过程中周边土体地表沉降变形进行精细化数值模拟,结合施工过程中实时动态监测资料, 总结采用盖挖逆作法施工对地表沉降的影响规律,为施工过程中结构变形发展预测和设计方案实 时调整提供理论支撑。结果表明,在福民站基坑盖挖逆作施工过程中,地表最大沉降值随基坑开 挖第一、二次卸、加载的进行而增大,后随第三、四次卸、加载的进行逐步趋于稳定。新建地铁 周边土体地表变形较小,距离基坑从近到远,沉降值逐渐减小直至趋于零,数值模拟及现场监测 的最大沉降值均在预警值10mm之内,保证了周边建筑物的安全性和稳定性,验证了当前设计方 案的可行性。

Abstract

Based on the project of the Shenzhen Metro Line 7 Fumin Station which adopted Cut under Cover Top- Down Method (hereafter termed CCTDM) to excavate foundation ditch, the influence of ground surface settlement by newly built subway station with CCTDM was analyzed, and control mea⁃ sures were proposed. The settlement and deformation of ground surface around the foundation ditch were numerically simulated by 3D finite element analysis through ABAQUS software during the excavation, and the regularity of the influence of CCTDM on the settlement of ground surface was summed up, which could supply theoretical support for the forecast of structural distortion and the real-time adjustment of design scheme during the construction. During the process of Fumin Station excavation with CCTDM,the maximum value of ground surface settlement increased with the first and the second unloading and loading of foundation ditch excavation, then stabilized gradually along with the third and the fourth un⁃ loading and loading. The results showed that: the distortion of ground surface around the newly built sub⁃ way was not great; the settlement of ground surface decreased and tended to zero from near to far; the maximum value of ground settlement by numerical simulation and field monitoring were both with 10mm which was the early warning value. The security and stability of surrounding buildings were ensured, and the feasibility of the design was verified.
