摘要
为分析水泥混凝土路面建设工程中地方政策有关砂石资源开采规定对能耗排放产生的影
响,通过对水泥混凝土从生产加工到投入使用全过程中各个环节所需材料以及能源量进行统计整
合,得到相应的气体排放总量,经汇总后以清单表格的形式列出,并对具体环节中原材料的能耗
排放占比进行了综合分析。以江苏省为例,因限制开采的明令要求将直接导致原材料运输距离增
大,对应的气体排放量占比也随之发生改变:当运距小于20km时,砂石运输环节产生的气体排
放量在总排放量中占比较小,低于10%;当运距增大至35km时,占比增大至20%;当进一步考
虑跨省运输时,砂石运输产生的气体排放占比将高达57%。结果显示:地方政策的实施需要考虑
对全社会综合效益的影响;远距离运输应结合地理环境和交通设施,采取船运或铁路运输等形式
以减少气体排放量的增加;合理确定道路工程所需要的拌和站位置,尽量减少水泥混凝土的运输
距离,也可在很大程度上减少能耗排放总量。
Abstract
In order to analyze the effect of local policy about aggregate mining on energy emissions in
cement concrete pavement construction engineering, the raw material needed and energy consumption
was integrated from the production to construction of cement concrete in the whole construction process,
then the total amount of gas emission was calculated and presented in list forms by statistics, so as to
comprehensively analyze and calculate the percentage of energy consumption and emissions in total
transport of raw materials. Taking Jiangsu Province as an example, because of the limitations of local ag⁃
gregate mining policy, the material transport distance was led to increase. When the transport distance is
less than 20km, gas emissions of aggregate materials transport account for 10% of the total; when the
transport distance increase to 35km, the proportion increases to 20%. Furthermore, considering interprovincial
transportation, the gas emission of aggregate materials transport account for 57% of the total.the whole social benefits of China. Long-distance transport should be combined with the geographical
environment and transportation facilities, the mode of transport should appropriately take the form of
shipping or rail to reduce the increase of gas emission. At the same time, reasonable mixing station loca⁃
tion and reduced transport distance of cement concrete can also reduce the emission amount of total ener⁃
gy consumption to a great extent.
