摘要

传统的连通可靠度分析只适用于极端情况下的路网状态评价,而基于连通可靠度的关键节 点、关键路段的识别,能够分析常规条件下的城市网络可靠性。以乌鲁木齐城市路网为研究对 象,采用路网效能和路网效率为评价指标,辨识路网的关键节点和关键路段,并对所有节点和路 段进行统计分析。研究结果表明:在城市路网中起重要作用的节点或路段只占总体的很小部分, 而其余大部分对路网的影响是较小且相似的;由于老城区路网发展已近饱和,关键节点多集中在 此区域;城西开发区路网尚未完全形成,在未来发展过程中应重视该地区的关键点段,以防止出 现潜在的拥堵状况;关键路段中,除河滩路之外,其余多数为东西走向的道路。

Abstract

Traditional connectivity reliability analysis is only suitable for the evaluation of road network state in extreme cases. However, the method of identifying key nodes and links based on the connectivity reliability is able to analyze the reliability of road network under normal conditions. Taking the urban road network of Urumqi as the research object, its key nodes and links were identified by the evaluation indexes which were the road network effectiveness and efficiency. Then the statistical analysis of all the nodes and links were carried out. The study results show that the nodes or links which play an important role in the urban road network only account for a very small part of the overall nodes or links and the im⁃ pact of the rest on the urban road network are small and similar; as the development of the road network in old region has been saturated, the key nodes are concentrated in this area; while the road network in the west development zone of Urumqi is undeveloped, the key nodes and links in this area must be paid attention to in order to prevent potential congestion in the future; most of the roads are east-west among the key links except Hetan Road.
