摘要
为使高速公路通行卡发放流程适应日益增长的车流量的需要,提升行业服务水平,消除
“车等卡”的瓶颈,设计了一种VC++环境下基于高速公路联网收费系统的快速发卡软件。基于该
软件的工作原理和模块构成,对软件使用的多线程技术应用、互斥锁机制、状态转换器、防砸车
模块关键技术进行了详细描述,同时对软件界面的人性化操作、交易存储队列、特殊车辆处理等
功能完善情况加以说明。以青银高速公路(河北段) 为应用案例进行软件功能性测试,结果显示
各项指标均达到预期效果。选取相对理想的道路条件、交通条件和环境条件,采用车辆通行时
间、离开时间和时间调节系数对快速发卡车道通行能力进行评估,结果显示:车道发卡速度较传
统模式明显提升。该软件现已在多条高速公路推广使用。
Abstract
In order to improve the quality of service and eliminate the‘Car Waits Card’bottleneck, a
quick issuing toll cards software based on expressway networked toll collection system was designed in
Microsoft Visual C++ environment to make the issuing procedure suit the rapid growing traffic flow.
Based on the working principles and module structures of the software, some key technologies such as
the application of multithreading technology, mutex lock mechanism, anti smashing module were pro⁃
posed, and the humanized operations of software interfaces, transactional storage queue and special vehi⁃
cles processing were introduced. The functions of the software were tested to achieve the expected goal
by the case of Qingdao-Yinchuan Expressway (Hebei section). In relatively good road conditions, traffic
condition and environmental condition, the traffic capacity of each lane where cards were quickly issued
was evaluated in terms of vehicle′s transit time, departure time and time adjustment coefficient. The re⁃
sult shows that the speed of issuing cards using the software is improved greatly compared with the tradi⁃
tional way. The software has been applied in several expressways until now.
