为进一步协调县域城乡客运公交化改造与公交高效化运营之间的关系，合理确定城乡客 运公交化改造后的公交时刻表至关重要。以县域城乡客运公交化改造为研究对象，提出了一种 适合城乡客运公交化改造的公交时刻表编制方法。通过人工调查法获取客流信息，建立客流处 理模型，获得最大断面客流量等信息。在此基础上，运用客流需求法建立数学模型，求得发车 时间间隔并优化。最后，通过比较验证获得最终的公交时刻表。以池河至石泉客运班线公交化 改造为例，改造后的公交时刻表极大地方便了沿线居民的出行，从而证明该时刻表具有较好的 可行性。

In order to further coordinate the relationship between the bus reform of county-rural public passenger transport and the efficient operation of bus, it is essential to deciding reasonable bus timetable after urban and rural bus reform of public passenger transport. Taking bus reform of county-rural public passenger transport as the research object, a bus timetable compilation method suitable for bus reform of county-rural public passenger transport was put forward. Through artificial survey method for obtaining passenger flow information, passenger flow processing model was established, the maximum cross sec⁃ tion traffic information was achieved. On this basis, using the method of traffic demand to set up mathe⁃ matical model, the time intervals of the buses departure were obtained and optimized. Finally, the final bus timetable was obtained by comparison and validation. Taking bus reform of Chihe to Shiquan as an example, the bus timetable after reform provides great convenience for residents along the line, which proves the timetable has good feasibility.
