Abstract

People is difficult to take a taxi in rush hours of morning, evening and during holidays at main area such as bus station and railway station and people are hard to be evacuated. Thus the theory of combined-taxi was proposed to improve the utilization efficiency of taxi and road resources. According to the traffic characteristics of the rush hours of morning and evening in China, combined with the actual situation of taxi charging in Ningbo, multi-objective optimization combined-taxi model was constructed based on optimization theory, to calculate the charge of combined-taxi. Finally, validity of the model was verified, 6 nodes ride of supply and demand program was assumed, the routes and the rate can be calculated by LINGO. The result shows that the model restrains the income of taxi drivers and the expense of the passengers rationally, maximizes the income of the driver, encourages taxi drivers to pick up more passengers in rush hours and considers the expense of the passenger at the same time.
