为服务乡村振兴战略实施,对不同情景下农村物流和电子商务融合发展模式进行了探索。以43个农村物流服务品牌案例为研究对象,通过实地调研、资料分析等方法,基于农村物流网络节点覆盖率和农村电商发展水平两个核心因素,运用情景分析法构建了4种情景,总结了不同情景下农村物流和电商融合发展的4种典型模式并提出相关建议。研究结果表明,为保障融合发展模式顺利实施,应因地制宜,依托当地的产业优势,发挥政府引领作用,加强各主体间协同合作、资源共享和品牌建设,共同促进农村经济高质量发展。

In order to serve the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, the integrated development mode of rural logistics and e-commerce was explored under different scenarios. Taking 43 rural logistics service brands as the case study, this paper constructed four scenarios using scenario analysis method based on two key factors including rural logistics network node coverage and rural e-commerce development level by field research and data analysis, summarized four typical models of the integrated development of rural logistics and e-commerce under different scenarios and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. The research showed that to ensure the smooth implementation of the integrated development model of rural logistics and e-commerce, we should adjust measures according to local conditions; take advantage of local industry; let the government play the leading role; strengthen cooperation, resource sharing and brand building among various subjects, and promote the high-quality development of the rural economy together.
