摘要

为推动美丽农村路建设,分析了美丽农村路在景观生态学、道路生态学和景观美学方面的理论基础。通过与相关标准、规范的对比分析,总结美丽农村路建设三项基本要义和提升路域环境、实施绿色发展模式、融入美丽乡村建设、支持乡村振兴和产业发展四个建设方向,提出了“美丽农村路”的内涵与概念。基于全国美丽农村路申报评选数据,通过对道路建设的实证分析,总结出美丽农村路实际建设的四项重点特征,包括:行政等级以县乡道为主;技术等级以三级路为主;技术指标路宽6.5m以上,满足双车道行驶要求;重点串联覆盖农业产业园区。通过建设特征属性聚类分析,归纳出景观路、旅游路、产业路、文化路和民心路五种美丽农村路基本类型。结合美丽农村路的内涵和建设特征,提出了美丽农村路建设的四项基本原则和八项建设要点。

Abstract

In order to promote the construction of beautiful rural road, this paper analyzed the theoretical basis of beautiful rural road in landscape ecology, road ecology and landscape aesthetics. By comparing it with relevant standards and norms, this paper put forward the connotation and concept of "beautiful rural road" and summarized the three basic essentials and the four construction directions of beautiful rural road, including improving the road environment, implementing the green development model, integrating into the construction of beautiful countryside, and supporting rural revitalization and industrial development. Based on the national application and selection data of beautiful rural road, through the empirical analysis of road construction, four key characteristics of the actual construction of beautiful rural roads were summarized. Those characteristics include that the administrative level is dominated by county and township roads; the technical grade is mainly three-level road; the road width index is more than 6.5m, meeting the requirements of two lane driving; the agricultural industrial parks were contacted and covered mainly. Through the cluster analysis of construction characteristic attributes, five basic types of beautiful rural roads were summarized, including landscape road, tourism road, industrial road, cultural road and Minxin road. Combined with the connotation and construction characteristics of beautiful rural roads, four basic principles and eight key points of beautiful rural road construction were clarified.
