摘要

公交作为服务旅游出行的一种重要交通方式,影响着旅游服务水平,合理评价公交的旅游服务能力对于提升城市旅游品质具有重要意义。首先,从游客出行需求的角度出发,考虑公交线路通过的景区影响力、公交站点旅游服务质量、公交线路运行效率3个因素,构建了一个公交旅游服务能力评价指标体系。然后,采用结构熵-改进TOPSIS法建立了公交旅游服务能力评价模型。最后,以扬州市公交线路为例进行实证研究,结合扬州市公交服务的实际情况,验证了基于指标体系建立的评价模型能够较客观地反映扬州市公交线路的旅游服务能力,表明所建模型具有一定的合理性。为此,对模型进行了进一步应用,即依据评分的不同,将公交线路划分为旅游主干线、次干线及支线3个层级,以帮助相关部门对公交线路进行管理规划。

Abstract

As an important mode of transportation for tourism travel, public transport affects the capacity of tourism service. Reasonable evaluation of the tourism service level of public transport has great significance for improving the quality of city tour. Firstly, from the perspective of travel demand, the paper considered three factors of the influence of scenic spots passed by bus lines, the tourism service quality of bus stops and the operation efficient of bus lines to set up a bus tourism service capacity evaluation index system. Secondly, a bus tourism service capacity evaluation model was constructed using the structure entropy -improved TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) method. Thirdly, taking the bus lines of Yangzhou city as an example, a case study was carried out. Combined with the actual situation of the bus service in Yangzhou city, it showed that the evaluation model based on the index system could objectively reflect the tourism service capacity of the bus lines in Yangzhou city, which proved that the model was reasonable. Finally, the model was furtherly applied. According to the different score, the bus lines were divided into three levels: main line, sub-line and branch line to assist the relative management.
